We have an on-site office where you may pay your balance. All balances must be paid before we put the keys out for check in. Please call our office if you will not be arriving when our office is open. We are not open on Sunday and all payments must be paid in full before check in - no later than 3pm Monday - Saturday. We are located on the southern end of Siesta Key, a beautiful barrier island just west of Sarasota Florida. This uncomplicated natural paradise, with its tropical atmosphere and white sandy beaches, makes it the perfect location to relax and unwind. The beaches on Siesta Key are renowned not only for their soft white sand, but also for the beautiful blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. We offer two beach chairs and one umbrella per unit. We also supply two beach towels for your stay. Come walk, jog, or bicycle on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. Enjoy swimming and shelling in the surf or relaxing in one of our lounge chairs. We have the second oldest swimming pool on Siesta Key -- and yes, it's heated! Within walking distance are some shops and restaurants/bars. Or hop the Siesta Key (free) trolley and ride to the quaint Siesta Key village where you'll find more shops and fine dining.

We have a very walkable location, and guest enjoy having a small market, restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The Siesta Key trolley runs along Midnight Pass Road and stops just steps from our property. Many guests enjoy their stay without a car. If you do have a car, each unit is allotted one parking space.
