Property info

500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down 1200 sqf condo, with lots of room to stretch out. Leather sofa and love seat have two recliners each. Blow up bed is queen size and fills to normal bed height. Pack n Play for toddlers. Broadband internet approx 30 meg down and 5 meg up. Full set of bath towels and wash clothes. 6 pool towels. Hair dryers in each bathroom. Flat screen TV's in living room and each bedroom. Ironing board and iron. Plenty of closet space. Fully stocked kitchen has all the utensils, silverware, pots, pans, plates, bowls, containers, frying pans (even cast iron). Small kitchen appliances include: Coffee Maker, toaster, blender, slow cooker and electric mini chopper. Electric stove top and oven. Freezer, fridge and dishwasher.

Neighborhood info

Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine's for Breakfast or Lunch. Whataburger for a quick bite.
