Private Beach Access with beautiful views of the Florida Straits, Sea life is abundant. Vaca Cut and Sunset Park within short walking distance. Fish, snorkel, kayak, or any other activity is available in your ocean front back yard. Marathon, Pigeon Key, 7-mile bridge, and Fred the Tree, as well as many parks including wildlife sanctuaries with hiking and bike trails. Key Colony Beach, Marathon, gem of the Florida Keys please come visit. Restaurant and grocery stores nearby. Key Colony Beach community offers upgraded pickle ball courts, golf courses, and boat trailer rental spots.

Whether you choose a shady Palm tree or putting your toes in the beachy sand, watching the boats coming in and out of Vaca Cut everyday never gets old. We love the big fishing problem too. Say Hi to Fred the Tree on the 7-mile bridge and bike to Pigeon Key - it's all surrounded by breathtaking ocean views. Please come enjoy the beautiful sanctuary known as the Florida Keys.

Key Colony Beach is located with Marathon, Florida Keys. There are pickle ball courts, 3 par golf courses, and city permits for boat trailer parking. The locals walk to Sunset Park at Vaca Cut daily. Local community restaurants are abundant as well as parks, nature trails, and dolphin or turtle rescue centers.
