Ocean view covered porch with furniture, private beach access across street with gazebo, seasonal pool and hot tub on premises along with bike racks, cold outdoor shower and grilling area. Master suite with private bath, standalone shower, jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans throughout. Nightly rentals available off-season only. Off season monthly rentals available. Formerly: Sea Ya There. The Yaupon Dunes pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
