We are a married couple who often travel, and we know how important it is to have an impeccable lodging experience. Our homes are designed to make you feel at home and at the same time have a premium experience away from home. We're passionate about hosting and serving people. Relax with the family at this peaceful beach adjacent apartment! -Surfboard, Boogie boards, Beach bikes, Kayak, chairs, towels, coolers -Fenced back yard w/ fire table, Grill, and seating -Restaurants, bars, beach, activities, all within walking distance -Parking for one car in the driveway -Ground floor unit Guests have access to the downstairs portion of the duplex, along with the garage, the backyard, and the driveway. There is a separate upstairs unit. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with view of the channel Island, Harbor, and Pacific Ocean. The living space has a small kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and a living room area.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is a Channel Islands Beach by Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great. The beach is right across the street and many restaurants are in walking biking distance. There are also tons of activities in close distance including kayaking, sport fishing, jet skis, etc. If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes.
