**Oceanfront Condo with an EXPANSIVE balcony to enjoy the picturesque view. Private beach access to the SUGAR WHITE sands. Beach Service is provided for you at no additional cost in season (March 1st - October 31st). Provide your unit number to the beach service host at the beach to get two chairs and an umbrella for each day of your stay. We have some in the beach supply closet if you need additional chairs. The condo has all the comforts of HOME with two bedrooms, two full baths, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy OCEANFRONT VIEWS from the king bedroom. Additional guests can rest on the queen sleeper sofa. Free Wi-Fi, cable, and Netflix for our guests' enjoyment. Log in to your favorite viewing subscriptions on the new Smart TVs. The kitchen is well-equipped, should you decide to cook. Recharge each night on the new mattresses with luxury bed linens. Additional guests can rest on the sleeper sofa. We furnished this condo to give our guests all the comforts of home and the feel of a seaside retreat, bringing relaxation as you enjoy your home by the ocean.

Neighborhood info

This neighborhood is Okaloosa Island. We are close to great restaurants, entertainment, and Destin, but we are far enough away to avoid the big crowds if you hang out at the condo and the beach. Our condo is a small building with around 25 units, so you will not have to wait for the elevator like in other bigger buildings.
