The house sits on an oversized lot that juts into the ocean to offer amazing water views from every angle. Its incredible location next to a nature preserve provides you with unparalleled privacy plus daily sightings of exotic, tropical birds. <b>The Indoors</b> The spacious layout of the house consists of 2 floors which are not connected inside. Each floor has its own living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom (total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). The bottom floor features a small kitchenette with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker, while the top floor has a complete, stunning kitchen that opens into the living area — making it the perfect space for entertaining!
