The Second Street Suite is a one-bedroom, second-floor suite in downtown Clearfield designed for travelers and business guests who desire private in-town lodging with a full kitchen. Just three miles off PA I-80, Exit 120, the suite is ideally located for both business and vacation purposes with easy walking access to shops, restaurants, museums, churches and theaters. One block from Witmer Park and the West Branch of the Susquehanna River. The suite is air conditioned, has a high speed DSL wireless internet, and private telephone landline with free local calling. Off-street parking and coin-operated laundry facilities add the final touches in convenience. Built in the early 1900's, the building does not meet the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessibility. There are five steps to enter the building and the guest suite is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible only via the stairway. PA Wilds Vacation Rentals offers short & long-term lodging in 3 settings – The Second Street Suite and Victorian Loft B&B - both in downtown Clearfield, PA; and Cedarwood Lodge, a private 3 BR mountain cabin adjacent to the Moshannon State Forest. All 3 options are child and pet friendly. If you desire a same day arrival and the booking page indicates that the suite is available but you receive the following message: "Sorry, there is no availability on such short notice." , please call us, as it is often possible to book late in the day by phone.

Tim & Peggy Durant's hospitality journey: We bought a run-down 1894 riverfront Victorian home in 1976. The intention was to restore the home to its former splendor & raise our family in it. Renovations completed over the course of 14 years to the current 13 rooms (6 bedrooms) & 3 1/2 baths. As our children began leaving home, we opened the Victorian Loft B&B in 1992 beginning with the Loft Suite and adding Lydia's Room 3 years later. We also started renting our family's second home, Cedarwood Lodge, to vacationers in 1992. The 3 BR mountain cabin sleeps up to six guests, sits on 8 private acres surrounded by the Moshannon State Forest. A few years later, we added the Second Street Suite, a 1 BR vacation rental apartment which can sleep up to five guests. Tim is an attorney in solo practice, and we own & manage residential rental units.
