You may occasionally notice a slight sulfur (rotten egg) odor in the water due to naturally occurring minerals. The water is safe to use. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
