Enjoy a delightful stay in this modern 3 bedroom house. Located in central Exeter, Ca only a 3 min walk from the historic downtown area where you can find restaurants, coffee nooks and boutique shops found no where else. Perfect for your trips to Sequoia National Park - closest and most robust town to Sequoia National Park. This beautiful home is equipped with AC, Wifi, Washer + Dryer, Smart TV's, a complete kitchen, and Grill to make your stay comfortable. This is one of two homes (duplex property) with a connecting backyard via side gate. Making the accommodation of bigger families a possibility. Each home can comfortably sleep 10-12 guests. Both homes combined 20-24 guests! We look forward to hosting you!:)
