Hello! More than 10 years ago we bought a large piece of land in the California Sierra mountain range foothills. Our goal is to provide vacation homes so people can experience the beautiful and peaceful scenery, relax in a comfortable and fully equipped home, and be close to two spectacular U.S. national parks - Kings Canyon and Sequoia. We want your vacation to be a time to get away from stress and truly have an energizing time in our natural environment.

Please note that Badger is not a town - while you can find it on the map, we do not have any shops, grocery stores or gas stations up here! So planning ahead for all your groceries, gas, and anything else you will need in your home away from home is highly recommended. We are a remote destination and retreat for travelers looking to enjoy nature and get away from big cities to visit 2 of California's beautiful National Parks. There are two friendly restaurants within a 10-minute drive of Sequoia Resort - Mountain House with a view deck and Pinehurst Lodge in an old log building with a huge stone fireplace. The North Entrance of Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks is a 30-minute drive away with activities for all seasons. At our elevation of 3500 feet, we do not get a lot of snow and are open year-round. However, it is highly suggested to check the National Parks website for road conditions and seasonal closures.
