Welcome to Serenity Landing Enjoy a fully renovated kitchen designed for comfort and convenience. You’ll find a refrigerator and freezer (with ice cube tray), microwave with splatter covers, oven with spill protector, and a Keurig stocked for coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. Just off the kitchen is a spacious living room featuring cozy couches and a dedicated workspace with a desk lamp. The ceiling fan/light is controlled by the remote mounted on the east wall near the door, and the lamp between the couches is operated by the switch near the front door. The smart TV allows you to log into your favorite streaming apps—please remember to log out before departure. Down the hallway is the master bedroom (west side), guest bedroom (northeast side), and a newly renovated full bathroom. Both bedrooms include smart TVs, luggage racks, alarm clocks, bedside lamps, dressers, and closet hangers. Extra blankets are available for chilly evenings. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, vanity, and magnified makeup mirror. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. The linen closet outside the bathroom contains towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and extra sheets. We also provide extra toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot something. Upstairs is a cozy retreat—perfect for kids—with two twin memory-foam beds, a smart TV, dresser, luggage rack, lamp, and alarm clock. There’s also a small renovated bathroom with a stand-up shower, toilet, and vanity. Towels are in the nook across from the shower, extra toilet paper is under the sink, and a bath mat is provided. A washer and dryer are available in the basement, along with Tide pods and dryer sheets. Free off-street parking is available in the driveway (garage not accessible). We like to travel, attend concerts and be on the constant go. We purchased this house in August of 2025 and have completely renovated it. We took the home from a 1950's home to a 2026 home. We pride ourselves on this home we offer to travelers.

The neighborhood is quaint and safe. It is located 2 blocks from Avera McKennan hospital, minutes from downtown and to McKennan Park. Also since it is centrally located you can get to almost anywhere in 15 minutes.
