What We Love Built in 1925, this classic and very cozy home is perfect for a fun retreat with family or friends! Find yourself within five miles of North Creek Ski Bowl Town Park, Tannery Pond, the Gore Mountain Ski Resort, and the North Creek Depot Museum, while additional attractions including the Hooper Garnet Mine and the Natural Stone Bridge & Caves are both less than 20 miles from your door. Inside this single-level vacation rental, discover a well-equipped, full kitchen for making meal prep a snap, an accommodating dining table for dinners or game nights, and a living area with a plush sectional and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. This space is also home to a fireside workstation with a monitor for setting up your laptops. Outside, this spacious property is where you'll find a picnic table and a gas grill for summertime cookouts as well as a creek and trail access. When the sun sets, gather around the firepit to share stories, make s'mores, and pick constellations out of the night sky. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
