We are a family owned and operated lodge. Sierra Mountain Lodge opened in May of 2005 & we have been honored to be hosting guest for over 17 years. We live nearby but give our guests as much privacy as possible. We are always available for guests needs.

Sierra Mountain Lodge has been welcoming guests since 2005. We have over 2500 5-Star reviews on Airbnb & a 4.8 on Google. Sierra Mountain Lodge offers spacious 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and studio lodging suites at an affordable rate. Located one block off of Historic Hwy 49 in beautiful Ahwahnee California. Just 22 miles outside of Yosemite National Park's Southern entrance & centrally located between two of Yosemite’s most popular entrances. We make lodging easy with no front desk, no lines to wait in, just easy access, self-check-in lodging suites. All lodging suites include a private entry under a covered porch, quality king and queen beds, fine linens, private bathroom, kitchenettes (NO STOVE) & indoor living space. Each suite also includes a private or community propane BBQ grill with side burner & an outdoor dining area. Each suite has a Smart TV for your streaming channels, Free WIFI, DVD player & DVD collection. Each suite has an evaporative cooler & propane & eclectic heat. No shared heating or Air. No freon based AC. All suites are NON-SMOKING - Smoking is permitted outside only - please be courteous of other guests & always be fire safe.

Neighborhood info

We are located one block off of Historic Hwy 49 in Nippinawasee/Ahwahnee. A quiet mountain neighborhood filled with families. Miami Trails & the original route to Yosemite (Motorcycle trails) are accessible from the top of our street. Cars cannot reach the park this way, motorcycles & horses can reach the Wawona Golf Course this route. Lots of free parking for guest toys :)
