This privately-owned condo is within the Silverado Resort community but managed by Casago — no daily resort charge. On-site restaurants, market, and shops are open to all. Spa, fitness center, and championship golf are operated by Silverado Resort with their own access policies — please verify directly with the resort. The coin-operated laundry is shared with other units. The primary renter must be 25 or older.
