THINGS TO NOTE: • This unit is on the main floor and requires walking up 34 steps to access the main door. • Parking available for 2 vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, there is a SEVEN DOLLAR per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived. • On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes. • The home is not pet friendly. • Washer and dryer in home. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
