Conveniently located in Boardman. Air conditioned 1st floor apartment. 1bd, kitchen, bath, laundry. 5mins to Covelli Center, Downtown Youngstown, and YSU. Minutes from Millcreek Park, fast food, fine dining, shopping and highways. 70mins to Cleveland and Pittsburgh International airports. St Elizabeth Boardman and Mercy Health Youngstown 10mins, Akron Children hospital 3 minutes. Simply business or pleasure! NonSmoking unit. Complimentary coffee, select teas, water, and snacks.
We have traveled quite a lot and can appreciate comfortable, quiet, well equipped accommodations. Our goal is to provide our guests this and more with a Simple Stay at an affordable and sustainable price. We both enjoy travel, cooking, gardening, and meeting new people.
