Perfectly located near the University, water park, restaurants, retail shops, and major food markets, this place is warm, simple, and welcoming. Each room is furnished for comfort, with kitchen essentials for daily use, a washer and dryer for quick laundry, and closets to store your clothes. An ironing board with an iron keeps everything neat—everything’s set up for your convenience.
I’m a realtor who loves everything about homes, hosting, and creating enjoyable experiences for individuals and families. In the summer, I have a great time visiting the water park with family and friends. When relatives visit from out of town, I host cookouts, take trips to River Street in Savannah, and, of course, indulge in some shopping.
"Growing in the Boro and the Blue Mile." Statesboro is booming with new homes, apartments, restaurants, and retail stores popping up everywhere. Our community has grown into a thriving hub and continues to expand. A visit to Splash in the Boro water park is an adventure worth experiencing, with playgrounds, tennis courts, and so much more to enjoy.
