Full appliances include gas range, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, built-in microwave. The Master Bedroom has a King bed, plus Cable and flat screen TV. The upstairs 2nd Bedroom has a King Bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite Bathroom. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, a flat screen TV and DVD player. The outdoor private patio has a gas BBQ Grill. Upstairs is a washer and dryer. No pets are allowed in this unit. All vacation rental stays are subject to Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management’s Reservation Fee.
