COME RELAX AT SMITH LAKE RETREAT! This retreat located in Cullman County, overlooking beautiful Smith Lake. The interior includes 4 bedrooms, sleeping 10 people, and three full baths and a laundry room. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, and gas grill for your cooking needs. A short boat ride or drive to Trident Marina for a lunch, dinner or cocktail. Enjoy the beautiful nature of Smith Lake or it is also a short drive into Cullman, for dining, shopping and local festivals! Bedroom #1: King size bed - main level Bedroom #2:King size bed - main level Bedroom #3: Two twin size beds - lower level Bedroom #4: Two twin size beds, Twin over twin bunk bed - lower level Sleeps in beds: 10; Max Occupancy: 10 WiFi Internet. Gas Grill. Approximately 55 steps to the dock. No power on the dock. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RETURN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT TO SMITH LAKE RENTALS. NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties. Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved. Violation will result in eviction. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENT OF 25 YEARS OF AGE
