This two-bedroom condo is located in the Solitude Village community and offers a great ground-floor, ski-in/ski-off location on the Promenade trail! It's perfect for families with children, groups, and couples. Guests will love returning from a fun day on the slopes to this charming abode which boasts a comfy sectional, a fireplace to snuggle up by, a spacious dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. Solitude Village is conveniently located on the mountain and when you book this retreat, you and your friends will have easy access to the Solitude Express quad lift and the Morning Star lift. Solitude Village offers a Lodge with several amenities which will appeal to skiers and non-skiers alike. The Lodge has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, sauna, locker rooms, and ping pong table. In addition, the Epic restaurant serves lunch during the winter season. THINGS TO KNOW This condo does not have air conditioning.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
