Enjoy this comfortable private two-bedroom apartment just steps from Como Lake in Saint Paul. Bramble Apartment features an updated kitchen and full bathroom, a king bedroom and a queen bedroom, and a cozy living room with Roku-enabled TV for relaxing after a day exploring the Twin Cities. Each bedroom includes a desk and plenty of space, making the apartment comfortable for both short visits and longer stays. Bramble is part of Woodland Hollow, a small cluster of homes on this quiet private cul-de-sac that we host and manage ourselves to provide a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for guests. Located directly across from the walking and biking paths around Como Lake, Bramble is minutes from Como Park Zoo & Conservatory, Minnesota State Fairgrounds, and beautiful Como Regional Park. You'll also have convenient access to Allianz Field, the University of Minnesota, Regions Hospital, and both Downtown Saint Paul and Downtown Minneapolis. The apartment comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, with optional airbeds available for up to 2 additional guests if needed. This location is especially convenient for travel nurses, visiting medical professionals, graduate students, and others coming to the Twin Cities for work, school, or extended stays. Outside on the front porch you can watch trains pass by and neighbors walking their dogs behind a tiny city park, or enjoy the large back deck with dining area overlooking the spacious backyard with fire pit. Free street parking is available directly in front of the home, with additional parking available in the alley behind the property. Public transportation is plentiful and just steps away. Must-know information for guests at this property

You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled. For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
