OTHER AMENITIES Free parking is available to all guests in the attached garage. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the driveway. The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer and dryer should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay. There is also a fully fenced, private backyard for you to enjoy. It has a paved patio with outdoor furniture as well as some trees for shade. And a hot tub for relaxation. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort on our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer. You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from USD39 up to USD79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of USD450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
