Experience a spacious and beautiful beach home located in the Ocean Farms Community near Bethany Beach. This inviting property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a relaxing coastal retreat. The home is situated approximately 3 miles from the beach, making it easily accessible by bike. It is part of a quiet, private community that includes a community pool. The center of Bethany Beach is only three miles away, providing easy access to local attractions and amenities. The residence features an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling in the living room, electric fireplace and a 65” smart TV, perfect for entertainment. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, a coffee machine, an ice maker, and seating for eleven people combined at the table and counter. The home accommodates up to 10 guests with four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The first floor includes a master bedroom with a king bed, full bath, and walk-in closet, a bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed, another bedroom with a full bed, and a full bath. The second floor loft offers a full bed, a futon, and an additional full bath. Bed linens are provided for all bedrooms. Laundry needs are met with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests can enjoy a screened-in porch furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after beach days, and a large driveway accommodating up to four cars. No street parking and guests will not have any access to the garage space. Additional conveniences include a pack n play, hair dryer, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, as well as kitchen towels, shower towels & hand towels. (1) roll of paper towels will be provided in the kitchen and (2) rolls of toilet paper will be provided in each bathroom. Our home aims to provide all the comforts of home while vacationing by the beach.

The home is situated approximately 3 miles from the beach. It is part of a quiet, private community that includes a community pool that opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day. We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your stay. However, this is a quiet residential neighborhood, and many of our amazing neighbors live here year-round so we’d really appreciate it if you could keep noise to a minimum especially during nighttime hours. Parties, gatherings, and functions are strictly prohibited. If the police are called to the property for any disturbances/violations, guests will be required to leave immediately and forfeit the rest of their stay.
