Since then, we’ve built a vast inventory of unique rental homes in Texas and have a dedicated team to deliver an incredible experience in a beautiful property. So now it’s up to you. Captain's Quarters is your ideal home base for an unforgettable Surfside Beach escape. This charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is located less than a 2-minute drive from the shore, putting the sound of the waves and the feel of warm sand between your toes mere moments away. Spend your days soaking up the sun, building sandcastles, and exploring the coastline, then return to a comfortable and inviting space perfect for families or groups of friends. ● WINTER TEXAN RATE: Escape to the Texas Gulf Coast this winter! Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1. ● Location: Surfside Beach community of Freeport, Texas ● Beach Access: Less than a 2 minute drive to Surfside Beach. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps. ● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a 25 Dollar fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors. ● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking. ● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee. ● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip. ● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book. We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.
