Nicely finished 1400 sq ft lower level with your own entrance. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with gas fireplace, tv, table and chairs, lots of windows, large kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer. One bedroom has a queen size bed and rocking chair. Second bedroom has a full size bed, 2 twin beds, and tv. Blow up mattresses are available too if you need more beds. Close to Fred Meyer and campus, lots of street parking. We live upstairs, but you have your own private entrance.
We were married in 2015 and have 4 kids between us. Our 19 year old daughter who is attending OSU & LBCC still lives here. We enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, traveling, cheering on our Beavs and just plain relaxing. We have really enjoyed all of our stays at other Airbnbs and decided to start hosting after our sons moved out. The entire lower level to our house is now available just for you and we look forward to hosting you here. We are happy to help you with anything you need during your stay, but you have complete privacy.
We are conveniently located in the Northwest part of Corvallis, close to Fred Meyer and campus (1 mile to campus and 1.5 miles to Reser Stadium). 9th street, which has lots of restaurants and shopping is only a short walk or drive away. Very safe neighborhood. We are pretty close to everything. There is bus stop right across the street. We are also available to give you a ride somewhere if needed if we are home.
