We are so happy to have you choose our property for your next vacation. Serenity by the sea, as you unwind overlooking the stunning gulf coast. This condo boasts sleeping for up to 7 and has all the latest amenities. The property is built for fun and family with a lazy river, splash pad, and heated pools. Located in a quieter part of town nestled between downtown PCB and the 30A attractions you will be close to fine dining and shopping galore! Parking is in a covered garage.

Hello from the Hughes family! We have always come to the Gulf Coast for our vacations and in our various stays we've always loved the attention to detail and the care our hosts have shown to us. When we originally started to buy a condo it was only going to be for our family to stay and enjoy, however, in realizing due to work and school we couldn't get down as much as we wanted, we took the opportunity to provide our beautiful ocean front condo to others like us looking for a beautiful getaway. Our little family welcomes you and hope we can make your stay enjoyable.

The neighborhood is phenomenal. Where we are located it provides the best of both worlds. For those looking for the downtown activities, pier, and night life... it's only 5 minutes away. For those looking for slightly less busy accomodations with an emphasis on relaxation, we are near the end of the main high rises with significantly less foot traffic outside. However, directly on the property contains just about everything you'd need within walking distance including a lazy river, hot tub, splash pad area, and a shop just across the street. Food options are plentiful.
