The neighborhood Perched along the Sonoma Coast, The Sea Ranch is a nature lover's paradise -- think tidepools, wildflower meadows, and redwood groves at your doorstep. Nearby highlights include community heated pool and hot tub (South) (3-minute drive), Pebble Beach access trail (3-minute drive), Black Point headland trails (4-minute drive). Between the coastal trails, tidepools, heated pools, and The Sea Ranch Lodge's restaurant, you could fill a week without leaving the community. For provisions, Gualala (10 minutes south) has grocery stores, restaurants, and a gas station. Jenner and Bodega Bay are scenic drives south. Getting around This home sits on the east side of California Highway 1, less than a mile from Black Point Beach and the incredible Bluff Trail that traces the ocean shoreline. The Moonraker Recreation Center, with its outdoor heated pool, saunas, and tennis/pickleball court, is just across Highway 1. Charles M. Schulz-Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa is the nearest airport, about 1.5 hours east. A car is essential for exploring the area.
