Central Park is a quiet neighborhood and is great for walking around as it is very level. A park is three blocks away with swings, tennis, basketball, picnic area and disc golf. 1/2 mile of five minute drive to Barkers Island Marina and 7.5 mile or 14 minute drive to downtown Duluth, Minnesota on Lake Superior with world famous Aerial Lift Bridge and Canal Park with ocean and lake ships visiting. Full YMCA 6 blocks.
