Studio Speedway is in the heart of the city and is conveniently located near many amenities without getting in a car. It has a private, enclosed patio and entrance and you can park right next to the studio in an off-street parking lot that is part of the property.

Tucson has been my home for 23 year. I'm a retired vet from Southern California and I also had a 21 year career has an insurance agent I used to use this property as my office before I retired from that gig. I do a lot of traveling now, but I still enjoy hanging out in Tucson because of the wonderful climate and the people.

Studio Speedway is located in the historic Feldman's neighborhood and is surrounded by other historic neighborhoods. The University of Arizona, downtown and historic 4th Ave are all nearby and a walkable distance.
