This is a HUGE studio apartment with a comfy queen bed right in the heart of downtown Des Moines is stocked with all the necessities to make for an great stay! Amenities in the unit include a smart Roku TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The apartment is located in the newly renovated R&T Lofts building.

Neighborhood info

You can't get more centered in downtown Des Moines than this apartment. You're a minute's walk from the Court Ave district AND Wells Fargo Arena AND the Civic Center AND the Sculpture park district. The building has access to the skywalk, so even when the weather is bad, you can walk to all of the important places in downtown.
