Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This home is centrally located to everything!!!! It's literally 15 min from Cardinals Stadium, Casinos, Downtown Phoenix/Tempe, Scottsdale, and conveniently located within 5 minutes of a ton of shopping and restaurants!!!! This home is a newly renovated home!!! Brand new appliances, Brand new beds and furniture! Very open floorplan that makes this home very spacious and great for families and get togethers!
