You'll wake up each morning to spectacular, long-range views of the mountains and valley at this inviting Sugar Mountain condo, beautifully positioned on the sixth floor of Sugar Top. On the grounds of the resort, you'll have access to a heated indoor pool, two large hot tubs, dry and wet saunas, a fitness center, a restaurant, a grilling area, and laundry facilities. It's a wonderful spot to return to after a day spent at Sugar Ski & Country Club (less than half a mile), Sugar Mountain Public Golf Course (three miles), or Grandfather Mountain State Park (nine miles). One of the best seats in the condo is outside on the balcony, where you can linger with your morning coffee, sip a glass of wine in the evenings, and gaze out over the mountain landscape. Yet the condo is every bit as lovely in the peak of winter, when you can trade a seat on the balcony for one by the fireplace - enjoying movies on the sofas, playing cards at the coffee table, and watching the snow fall through large windows. Things to Know There is free parking for 2 car(s). Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC. During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 6. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
