The rental is located only steps away from the beach and the boardwalk: you only have to cross the street to enjoy a romantic sunset or a morning jog. Ten minute walk from Lincoln Road (the famous shopping street)
The bedroom features a queen size bed, walk-in closet, linen closet, Smart TV and bathroom with a tub / shower combination.
In the living room you will enjoy, for your moment of relaxation, another Smart TV, a very comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa, a very stylish round table with four chairs and a large closet
The kitchen is well equipped with every amenity you may need if you decide to have a home cooked meal: brand new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete set of flatware, chinaware, wine glasses, pots, pans and utensils.

Art Deco condo unit located in fauna District, the most prestigious and popular area of Miami Beach.
There are lots of places around. from the small neighborhood market to a very expensive dinner at one of the Hi End hotels, there are city bikes for rent next to the building and our great FREE trolley that can take you all around south beach. And of course just few steps from the apartment the best beach ever if that is what brings you to our city with plenty of activities and the boardwalk for those morning runs.
