A Deposit to book (300 dollars) is required, The balance due 60 days prior to check-in. 300 Dollars to book it. Owner will email all the check-in/out information when you make your final payment. Make sure you receive this to gain access to the condo. A GREAT Paradise location including free beach supplies, literally just steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of beautiful Miramar Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor 1 bedroom, 2 bunk bed unit has 1 FULL bathroom with brand-new top-of-the-line king bed and new sleeper sofa (2017). It is well equipped with 2 hi-def flat screen TV's, Free The condo is located directly across from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and snow white sand of Miramar Beach - crosswalk is located in front of the building.Telephone, high-speed WiFi and DVD players. The heated pool in winter and spa are close to your spacious patio. Beach umbrella, chairs (2) and carrying cart are included in storage bin on back patio. Two charcoal BBQ's, parking and on site laundry facilities are close by. Linens provided. Fully equipped kitchen. This updated unit is located just steps - right across the street (FL crosswalk) -
Year Purchased: 2012 About the owner: Owner who loves to enjoy the beach and visit different locations. She manages the condo and loves cleanliness and keeps her Summerspell condo in top shape. She and her husband are from South Louisiana and visit Summespell 104 often to make sure it meets our expectations. Peggy promises that you will enjoy your visit to her condo as much as she and her family does. Pls remember a three hundred dollar deposit will be charged to your CC to book the condo and the balance 60 days prior to check-in. Then I will send you all the check-in info and codes to the door.
Be next to the emerald waters of Miramar Beach. Pampano Joe's right down the beach. Whale's Tale is great for breakfast on the beach...what a way to start the day! Summerspell is a beautiful, intimate complex with only 30 units, located across the street from Pompano Joe’s. The immaculately maintained lush landscaping features palm trees, tropical shrubs and flowers. Accommodating up to six guests, this condo features a new King sized bed in the master, built-in hallway bunk beds, and a pull out queen sofa. Prep dinner in the fully equipped kitchen. Eat dinner in the comfortable dining area, or move outside to watch the kids play in the pool as you sip a cocktail and catch the sunset. Located directly across from the Gulf of Mexico in Miramar Beach, Summerspell has a seasonally heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, BBQ grilling area, and on-site laundry.
