Escape to Palm Springs in this gated 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a pool and spa*. Featuring a hip and spacious interior with a fireplace and kitchen that is stocked for cooking, a backyard with bbq grill*, sun bathing chairs, hammock and an outdoor gym, all with beautiful mountain views. *Heating the Spa is 75/day. Advance notice is required. All newer, GE open-concept kitchen has breakfast bar, white quartz counters, glass tile back splash, soft-close cabinets and drawers and new stainless steel double sink. Fourth bedroom on the opposite side of the house has a queen sized bed and doubles as an office. Indoor laundry located next to the kitchen. Single car garage. Security gate around property. Guests are responsible for reading the House Manual thoroughly. City ID: 4574

Walking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks and restaurants. You can explore around the city as this home is a 10 min. bike ride from Downtown Palm Springs (5 min by car) or 15 min from great hikes and amazing golf which is also nearby.
