Enjoy a comfortable stay in this bright, private second-floor 1-bedroom apartment featuring beautiful high beam ceilings, abundant natural light, private parking, and fast Wi-Fi. The apartment has its own private entrance, offering extra privacy and convenience during your stay. The living area includes a 65” Samsung Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a convertible sofa that turns into a futon if needed. The space is ideal for up to 2 guests. This apartment is attached to our home but has a completely private entrance and designated parking area. There’s space for 2 cars in the driveway, with additional street parking if needed. The apartment is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a convenient all in one washer and dryer. An outdoor area is available where smoking cigarettes or vaping is permitted. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
