There is room for everyone, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), 2 lounges, separate breakfast and dining areas, kitchen and laundry room plus a converted games room with table tennis, and table football. A heated floodlit pool and spa, south facing to make the most of the glorious sunshine. A great place to relax with plenty of seating and loungers to lie back and enjoy the sun. If it gets hot there is a covered lanai for some shade. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances you will need, supported with all the cooking and eating utensils you need when you want to eat in. There is separate a laundry room with washer and dryer. Private, and luxuriously furnished throughout our spacious larger that average villa has all you need for a great vacation. Air conditioned, and ceiling fans in all rooms, free high speed internet and telephone calls within USA & Canada, When you are ready to relax, your entertainment is all there, cable connected, 65 inch 4K smart TV in main lounge, 32inch TV's in each of the Primary bedrooms and 24 in tv in both twin bedrooms. Games area in garage with pool table with a table tennis convert option &table football Pool & Spa heating option available on request
