I have managing vacation bookings since 2010. There are many positive reviews of these properties on other Web Sites an many return guests.

Property info

The Bennett is one of the few Condominium Buildings in South Beach where short term stays are permitted by the City and the Condominium Association. The apartments I offer are two of the best available in the building because they are top floor corner units, which means more light and more windows. Blue Sky Views and no neighbors looking in to the apartments form other buildings. The apartments are full furnished and equipped, with reliable High Speed Internet; and Streaming TV Service (and you can set up your own Streaming Service through the Amazon Fire Sticks.) Sealed Mattresses to improve sanitary conditions. The location is excellent...Two streets away is Ocean Drive and the Beach; Lincoln Road is less than 2 streets away; Espanola less than one street away; And Flamingo Park a short walk from the property.
