Step into Sunset Cove for a luxury escape right on the water in Apollo Beach. This 3 bedroom/ 2 bath home features a heated pool for year-round enjoyment, a private dock for boating and fishing, and three kayaks ready for water exploration. The screened lanai with its comfortable seating and outdoor TV provides a beautiful backdrop for evening relaxation or social gatherings. Perfect for families or groups, each bedroom offers comfort and tranquility, making it your ideal waterfront front oasis.
Apollo Beach is a community full of canals leading out to Tampy Bay. Nearby are the TECO Manatee viewing center, and EG Simmons Park (a County park where you can paddle the canals through the Mangroves). It is only a short ride to many area attractions such as Busch Gardens, Zoo Tampa, Florida Aquarium, and the home fields for the Buccaneers, Rays and Lightning. It is also a 90 minute drive to Disney and Universal Studios.
