I am a young mom in the education field with kids. Not always able to use my my country home myself, as a woman entrepreneur I decided to rent it out for other to enjoy as well. Hey its a good extra income to help cover its cost ;) After getting a taste of hosting and the joy at facilitating other people's vacations and getaways, I liked it. Now, as a Superhost, I manage a few rental properties. Each gorgeous and so fun! and yes, I do still teach! Always available by email, phone, text or whattsapp.

Stay at Sunset Mountain Estate and enjoy the luscious beauty, amenities and natural privacy! Estate features a master suite, new kitchen w/ Island bar, dining room and large family game room. Spend time at the pond in your own island oasis or chill in the closed in BBQ gazebo as the grill works its magic. And then there is the spacious hot tub to unwind in, the swingset for kids, volleyball, the firepit, games and more on 2 acres of majestic serenity!

Neighborhood info

The heart of the Catskills, central to all major Sullivan County attractions! Just minutes from Resorts World Casino, Kartrite Indoor Waterpark, Holiday Mountain Fun Park and Skiing, kid friendly farms, boating, hiking and lots of places to eat (kosher options too), shop, and enjoy! Less than 2 hours from NYC the estate is reachable best by private car. You can also take a bus up to Resorts Word Casino and a taxi from there or from the local airport. Once here, there is plenty of parking at local shops and attractions.
