The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The villa has a private heated (electric) pool. The Briarwood communal pools, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball and beach volleyball sports and children's play areas are free to use and only 1 minute walk . Spectacular beaches, stylish downtown Naples, and public golf courses to suit all abilities offering club hire are only a short drive away. The villa has recently been newly furnished.
We are a family of four - Stan, Maya and twin girls Katherine and Sophia. We live in Chicago and have been in love with Naples for over 10 years. We enjoy Naples every time we get a chance to stay. We love to host and provide enjoyable vacation to our guests.
Fantastic location, minutes drive to the Naples beaches, downtown area, restaurants etc. Private pool, great indoor and outdoor space for delightful stay. Gated community with security guard, very safe and convenient. Recently updated common areas located a minute walk from our house that include tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, beach volleyball, brand new playground and two large pools one for lap swimming and one resort style!
