Light, airy and spacious 1 bedroom apartment in the Five Sisters neighborhood of Burlington's South End. First floor of a two story duplex with a full-time 30-something, male tenant upstairs (separate entrances). Walking distance to Church Street, bike path, Pine Street arts district and Lake Champlain in Burlington, Vermont. Off-street parking, washer-drier, full suite of kitchen appliances, utensils and dishware. Free WiFi, Roku TV with streaming services (no cable). There is a workspace for your laptop and a comfy couch to relax. The bedroom has a queen bed and can sleep two people. There's a large couch comfortable for a single-person The bathroom has a full stand-up tub and shower.
