Ground Level: Kitchen: Fully renovated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and ample cabinet space. Keurig with coffee pods, creamer and sugar included. Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, with a large dining table for 10 guests. Bathroom 1: Full bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower Laundry Room: Washer and dryer available for guests to use. Second Level: Living Room: Spacious and light-filled with large windows showcasing mountain views. Two couches, smart TV, game table with board games available. Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 5: Large queen bedroom Third Level: Bedroom 2: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4: King bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Living Room 2: Sitting room featuring stunning mountain views with chairs, mini fridge, Keurig and a private deck with lounge seating. Additional Notes: - Stink bugs and Asian Ladybugs plague the east slope of the Blue Ridge in almost every home. Both are not harmful. - We are also friends with our local wildlife such as deer, rabbits, black bear, etc. so please be mindful as you are traveling in the area. Please do not store any food items outside or in car to avoid any unnecessary issues. - There is space for a max of 4 vehicles. 2 parked up by the house and 2 down by the garage. - The house does not have central HVAC but each bedroom has a window A/C unit. - NO pets, violations subject to fines.

House is located on the mountain top. We highly recommend driving during daylight hours upon arrival and departure so there is no stress finding your way down the private road especially because we are often “sitting up in the clouds” so fog can be an issue.
