This year-round Black Hills gem in Custer serves as the perfect home base for exploring the area, offering easy access to top local attractions. The home comfortably accommodates guests with four well-appointed bedrooms, including two primary suites with king beds, 55” Smart TVs, and private bathrooms, as well as two additional bedrooms featuring custom bunk beds with a king bed on the bottom and a queen bed on top—each equipped with Smart TVs. Additional sleeping space is available with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Indoor living spaces are designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring a bar-style living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a 70” Smart TV, a detached game room with a sit-down area, 55” Smart TV, card games, and wall games, and a modern, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, essential cooking supplies, a coffee maker, and barbecue tools. A dining table for six and additional bar seating for four make group meals easy, while a cozy fireplace and board games provide the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. Outdoor living is equally impressive, highlighted by a massive wrap-around deck with seating for up to ten guests, two gas heaters, and a hot tub for year-round relaxation.
