30A Escapes presents… “Texas Two Step”, a stylish 3rd floor condo at The Pointe on 30A featuring 2 bedrooms, a built-in bunk area, two private balconies, upscale interiors, and resort-style amenities—all just a 5-min walk to beach access and Rosemary Town Center. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Wooden beams and framing are installed on the balconies as part of preparations for future community projects. These structures reduce the views from the balconies, including the pool area.
