Unlike the majority of rental properties in the area, THAT GRAY HOUSE has a Central AC, which will make your stay much more comfortable, especially in hot and humid summer. The main level has a fully stocked kitchen and living room open plan space with a fireplace (we provide some fire wood, but if you need more, you can purchase it from us, all you have to do send us a message). A little corridor leads to 2 nicely decorated bedrooms and a full bathroom, as well as the laundry room with washer, dryer and our pet station that has a few things you might need for your dog. The spacious lofted master suite, with a whirlpool tub and a designated work space overlooks the main living area. The private deck has a Weber gas grill, and an illuminated sitting area with a propane fire pit. The 1 acre property has a recreation area with a wood burning fire pit, hammock outdoor games & other amenities to make your stay as fun and relaxing as possible. This is a dog friendly home. (the limit 2 dogs provided they are well behaved).
