This peaceful and centrally-located home is located with 2 blocks of multiple business, bars, restaurants, shopping and still remains a quiet easy to access home. No neighbors, great parking and a completely remodeled spacious space. Fully fenced back yard, basement for extra room to spread out.
I've been a short term rental/vacation rental host for 4 years.
There are lots of conveniences within a few blocks of The Brewery House. Laundromat, shopping, bars, restaurants, outdoor store, hardware store, flower shops, cafe and workout center. Awesome location, yet still amazingly quiet
