Beautiful brick home nestled within sprawling golf course community with separate guest quarters and private entrance. The unit boasts a sizable bedroom with a dresser, desk, and large closets. The living area is outfitted with a large pull-out sofa, dining table, and food preparation station (coffee, tea, microwave, & refrigerator). The updated bathroom is beautifully decorated with floating vanity and has a standing shower.

Welcome to the Annex at the Brickhouse. We enjoy creating a cozy and clean space for guests to relax.

Serene golf course community just adjacent to Paynes Prairie and minutes from the University of Florida and Celebration Pointe. This is the perfect location for visitors attending bustling local events, but also looking for a relaxing escape to rest and rejuvenate.
