The Celadon Art Loft is located in the heart of the Minneapolis Arts District; a neighborhood flooded with creative energy, spirit, and whimsy courtesy of its high concentration of artist lofts, open studios, galleries, unique cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, and boutique retail shops. A key mission of this Artist-designed space is to share and promote the artwork of a rotating cast of local artists with our guests, wherein all art on the walls is for sale and direct access to each artist provided via QR code. Don't skip the garden in warmer months; by itself an evolving work of Art. The building is a Duplex, where the upper unit is private well-appointed furnished vacation rental with max occupancy of 4. The lower unit is occupied only by myself and my very sweet daughter. The only shared space between us and you is the private garden area in the back of the building, where you are welcome to relax, grill, or enjoy an evening fire if you choose. As for noise, the building is structurally well "sound insulated" between floors. We retire to the underground level by 9 PM most nights of the week and rarely hear any noise from the apartment.

A very popular and vibrant creative community with a high concentration of Artist Lofts, Galleries, Open Studios, unique coffee shops, cafes, boutique shops, incredible restaurants, live music venues, bicycle trails, and parks all within walking distance. We are 3 blocks from the Mississippi River banks. Downtown Minneapolis is just across the river (5 minutes by ride share or 15-20 by foot), where there are even more incredible restaurants and very large music & entertainment venues, e.g. the Target Center, US Bank Stadium, The Twins Stadium, The Guthrie, and the Walker Art Center, and the Off-Broadway Theater scene.
